I’m a PhD student at Agroscope and ETH Zurich working on the reliable estimation of crop traits from space using optical remote sensing, physical models and geospatial analysis. The main goal of this work is to improve existing models with physiological constraints and quantification of uncertainties, thus revealing the drivers behind geographic differences in traits such as phenology.
With a background in geoinformatics and software development, I am also the principal developer of EOdal (Earth Observation Data Analysis Library).
